Artists and artisans may provide personal data and materials for onboarding, profile creation, presentation, communication, and promotion on ARTMODE.
This may include a name or artist/artisan name, biography, profile image, artist statement, website and social media links, artwork or artisan design images, titles, descriptions, prices, and other information relating to their work.
Information submitted for publication as part of an artist or artisan profile, artwork, or artisan design is intended to be publicly accessible on ARTMODE.
The legal entitlement of a person to submit and offer a work or artisan design, and responsibility for the rights to submitted content, are governed by the ARTMODE Terms and Conditions.
5. ARTMODE Partners
ARTMODE cooperates with partners in the following categories: - Charity/ Aid Organizations - Non-profit Projects - Art Associations - Cultural Partners
For the purpose of establishing, managing, and presenting partnerships, ARTMODE may process information such as the name of an organization, contact persons and contact details, descriptions of activities and mission, website and social media links, logos, images, project information, and other materials provided by the Partner.
Information expressly provided for publication as part of a Partner profile may be publicly accessible on ARTMODE. Personal contact information that is not intended for publication will not be made public solely because an organization is an ARTMODE Partner.
